Information for Presenters

Posters:

All posters should be set up on Tuesday morning between 7 - 10 am.  All posters should remain up until Friday at 2 pm.  Any posters that remain in the Exhibition Hall after Friday at 2 pm will be disposed of.

The Space allocated for each poster is 4 foot by 4 foot.

Your sequence number is the same as your poster assignment space number.

Student Volunteers will be standing by to help you find your assigned poster space.

 

 

Poster Competition finalists will compete in Peptide Idol

Peptide Idol participants should prepare an electronic version of their poster as a one slide presentation. The version of the poster on a single slide should be saved as either a Power point, pdf or CLEAR jpegfile and brought to the meeting on a usb key or on a cd for uploading prior to Peptide Idol.
