FASEB MARC TRAVEL AWARDS
Travel Awards for Poster/Platform Presenters (Graduate Students/Postdoctoral Fellows):
The FASEB MARC Program will be sponsoring travel awards to help support the participation of full-time graduate students and postdoctoral fellows who are selected to give poster or platform presentation at the 20th American Peptide Society Symposium.
Graduate students and postdoctoral fellows from minority institutions (MIs) and historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs,) as well as underrepresented minority graduate students and postdoctoral fellows from majority institutions are eligible to apply for the travel awards.
The travel awards are funded up to $1,450 each for meeting registration and travel-related expenses. Travel awards are provided as reimbursements after the meeting. The travel awards are supported by a federal training grant from the NIGMS/NIH; therefore, only U.S. citizens and permanent residents of the U.S. are eligible for the travel awards.
